Batch background removal

Run the local colour-and-contrast region solver across a consistent set of product or object photographs, one full-resolution file at a time, and collect transparent PNGs in a ZIP.

Rows marked review are still included, but their nearly empty or nearly opaque matte deserves a hand correction before use.

When the batch route is the right instrument

The region solver works best when the photographs belong to one setup: a product, object or person separated from a reasonably consistent background. It does not download the optional person model, and it does not pretend that an automatic edge is final when the result comes back almost entirely opaque or transparent.

What the queue cannot judge

  • Hair, glass, smoke and motion blur need an edge inspected against light and dark backings; use the guided tool for those files.
  • A foreground that touches every edge can look like background to a border-seeded region solve.
  • The batch route has no keep or erase brush. A row marked review should be opened individually before publication.
  • Output is always PNG because JPG has no transparency channel.
