Open as many pictures as you like, for personal or commercial purposes, without an account and without asking. Files you save are yours; nothing about using this page gives anyone a claim over them. There is no watermark, no usage counter and no distinction between a hobby and a business here.

Having the right to the picture you opened. A cutout of a photograph you do not own is still a use of that photograph, and a portrait of somebody else may carry obligations that have nothing to do with copyright. Those are yours to consider; this page does not know what it is looking at and could not advise you if it did.

Also: not using this for anything unlawful, and not attempting to interfere with the site or the people using it. That is the whole of the list.

That the cutout will be good. The method rests on contrast between a subject and what is behind it, and there are photographs where there is not enough of that — the pages here describe those cases in detail precisely so the limits are visible before you rely on them. Nothing here is warranted as fit for a particular purpose.

That the site will be available, or will keep working the same way. Features described here may change, and a browser update can break something that worked last week. Keep the original file; everything this page does can be done again from it.

To the extent the law allows, the people who run this site are not liable for loss arising from using it — including a deadline missed because a cutout was not good enough. The tool is free, it runs on your own device, and that is the trade.

This site is built to carry Google advertising and to count visits with a cookie-free analytics property. Neither is switched on as these terms are published, and the privacy page is where the current state of both is kept. When they do run, those services have their own terms on top of these, and following an advertisement takes you somewhere this site has no control over.

If these terms change, the new version appears here and applies from the day it does. There is no account to notify, so the practical advice is to glance at this page if you depend on the site for something that matters.
